The roof at Mercedes-Benz Stadium will be open for the Atlanta United match against FC Dallas in Major League Soccer regular season play. The kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET.

This event marks the first time this season that the roof will be open for an Atlanta United game. With a pleasant forecast predicting temperatures around 80 degrees at kickoff, the match is expected to be mostly played under the stars, as sunset will occur about 30 minutes later.

The open roof is anticipated to contribute to the vibrant atmosphere at the stadium. The match will also celebrate Black excellence, with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) having a significant presence throughout the event. The Morehouse Glee Club is set to perform ‘Lift Every Voice and Sing,' and a drumline will perform before the match, at halftime, and during the game.

This occasion will also see Atlanta United donning their community kit, the Resurgens Kit, at home for the first time this season.

Supporters, known as the "17s," are encouraged to get "loud and rowdy" to ensure the night is memorable at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
