Pedro Amador, Brooks Lennon, and Ronald Hernández will not be available for Atlanta United's upcoming match against Charlotte FC. Head coach Ronny Deila provided updates on the players' conditions. Derrick Williams might play after recovering from a minor left quad injury. He expressed feeling better and could participate in Saturday's match. Williams emphasized the importance of teamwork in defending against Charlotte's attackers, including Wilfried Zaha. Zaha missed Charlotte's opening weekend due to personal reasons but is confirmed to be available for this game.

Williams highlighted that "it's not just the sixes and the center backs" responsible for defense; wingers also play a crucial role in maintaining team structure. With both teams having strong attacking options, defensive strategies may prove decisive.
