Atlanta United has confirmed the technical staff for head coach Ronny Deila for the upcoming 2025 season. The team will see new additions with Kenny Miller as assistant coach and Elliot Parish as goalkeeping coach, joining returning assistants Matt Lawrey and Carl Robinson.

Kenny Miller was previously an assistant under Deila at Al Wahda FC in the UAE Pro League. His coaching career began in 2018, including a stint as player-manager at Livingston FC in Scotland. He also worked with Carl Robinson at Newcastle Jets and Western Sydney Wanderers in Australia, and held positions at Falkirk and Huddersfield Town. As a player, Miller enjoyed a successful 23-year career, scoring 249 goals across 780 club appearances and netting 18 goals for Scotland internationally.

Elliot Parish also comes from Al Wahda FC where he served as goalkeeping coach alongside Deila. Before this role, he was involved with St. Johnstone in the Scottish Premiership until his retirement from playing in 2023. Parish's playing career started at Aston Villa’s Academy, leading to professional debuts with Lincoln City among other clubs.

Matt Lawrey joined Atlanta United's interim head coach Rob Valentino’s staff last year after working as an individual development coach. He previously directed Atlanta United's Academy operations from June 2021 to April 2024 and has been part of the organization since its inaugural season.

Carl Robinson brings extensive experience from both MLS and international coaching roles. Starting his coaching journey with Vancouver Whitecaps in 2012, he later led them to multiple playoff appearances and their first Canadian Cup championship. After roles in Australia and assisting Wayne Rooney at D.C. United, Robinson followed Rooney to Birmingham City before rejoining Atlanta United.
