The Atlanta Falcons are preparing for their Week 18 game against the Carolina Panthers with mixed news on their injury report. Drake London, one of the team's starting receivers, returned to full participation in practice on Friday after dealing with a knee issue earlier in the week. He will not carry any game designation into Sunday's matchup.

In contrast, Darnell Mooney's status remains uncertain. Mooney appeared on Thursday's injury report due to a shoulder injury and was downgraded from limited participation on Thursday to non-participation on Friday. As a result, he has been listed as questionable for Sunday's game.

Also listed as questionable are rookie inside linebacker JD Bertrand and defensive lineman Brandon Dorlus. Bertrand is dealing with an eye injury, while Dorlus was added to the injury report on Friday with an abdomen issue.

The Falcons' full participation list from Friday includes players like outside linebacker Lorenzo Carter (oblique), wide receiver KhaDarel Hodge (ribs), and cornerback Dee Alford (groin). Several players were limited in practice for reasons unrelated to injuries, including tackles Jake Matthews and Kaleb McGary who were resting.

A few players did not participate at all, such as cornerback Kevin King due to a concussion and personal matters, and defensive lineman David Onyemata who rested his shoulder.

"Friday's report shows that while some players have recovered enough to participate fully, others still face uncertainties," stated team sources familiar with the situation.

The complete details of both teams' reports can be accessed through official channels.
