After listing outside linebacker Lorenzo Carter and wide receiver KhaDarel Hodge as questionable on Friday's game report, the Atlanta Falcons made a final decision on their status before Sunday's game against the New York Giants. Both players were cleared to play after dealing with injuries throughout the week. Carter was managing a groin injury, while Hodge had been dealing with a ribs injury.

With Hodge available, the Falcons opted to keep practice squad receiver Dylan Drummond inactive despite elevating him from the practice squad on Saturday. Additionally, the team signed receiver Chris Blair to the active roster, ensuring depth at the receiver position for Michael Penix Jr.'s first career start.

The full list of inactive players for Week 16 includes running back Carlos Washington, defensive lineman Brandon Dorlus, offensive lineman Elijah Wilkinson, tackle Brandon Parker, wide receiver Casey Washington, and wide receiver Dylan Drummond.
