As the Atlanta Falcons prepare for Week 14, they find themselves in a favorable position regarding player health. During a press conference on Wednesday, Raheem Morris indicated that many defensive players are nearing full recovery.

Cornerback Mike Hughes participated fully in Wednesday's practice after dealing with a neck injury that sidelined him for the last two games. Clark Phillips III has been starting in his absence.

Inside linebackers Troy Andersen and Nate Landman were limited participants due to knee and hamstring injuries, respectively. Defensive lineman Zach Harrison was also limited because of an Achilles issue, while cornerback Kevin King missed practice for personal reasons unrelated to injury. Ruke Orhorhoro returned to practice on a limited basis after being on injured reserve with an ankle injury for four games. The Falcons have activated his 21-day window to return to active status.
