The Atlanta Falcons are gearing up for a challenging game this Sunday, following their bye week. Recent updates on the team's injury report have drawn attention as they prepare for the upcoming match.

This week's mailbag addresses several concerns from fans regarding key issues affecting the team. John D. from Marietta raised concerns about offensive penalties impacting successful drives and morale, especially in the red zone. The Falcons have committed 65 penalties this season, with 40 by the offense, ranking them 13th among NFL teams in this category. Raheem Morris commented on efforts to address these issues: "When you're talking about getting into the red zone and really being conscious of [committing penalties]. If you increase the consciousness of it, the guys will go out there and absolutely be able to recognize those moments when they come up and not get the unnecessary holding calls."

Michael K. from Macon questioned Bijan Robinson's frequent use in early plays over other players like Kyle Pitts. After reviewing recent games, it was noted that while Robinson is heavily involved, his usage isn't overwhelming compared to other options available to opposing teams.

JC D. from Savannah expressed concern over finding a new edge rusher for the team, emphasizing that success requires a collective effort across multiple positions rather than relying on individual stars alone. Morris echoed this sentiment during a press conference: "And the best form of example is just look at our history of football... Who are those top teams right now and what did they do over the last three years?"

As Atlanta continues its season, adjustments may be necessary both offensively and defensively to improve performance outcomes.
