The Atlanta Falcons, in collaboration with Truist, have initiated a weekly series aimed at introducing fans to the limited partners of the franchise. Over an 11-week period, AtlantaFalcons.com will feature a Q&A session with each of the 11 limited partners. These discussions will provide insights into business navigation, favorite memories with the Falcons, and more.

This week's spotlight is on Rashaun Williams. He is a family office investor and venture capitalist with extensive experience, having made over 170 investments and achieved more than 50 exits. Williams founded Value Investment Group and serves as a general partner in MVP All-Star Fund. He co-founded Queensbridge Venture Partners, participating early in companies such as Robinhood, Coinbase, Casper, Ring, PillPack, Lyft, and Dropbox.

Williams has been influential in channeling capital into emerging markets through his work at Wall Street firms like Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank. In 2007, he established Dixsville Partners to invest in infrastructure development in West Africa. His dedication extends to financial literacy; he founded the Kemet Institute to offer free classes to underserved communities.

In response to why he chose to become a limited partner for the Falcons organization, Williams said: "There is no better sport, city, owner or legacy I would rather support! Atlanta has become home for me and has given me so much over my life."

Describing his game day experiences with the Falcons: "The energy walking through stadium is contagious! I've never seen anything like it."

Williams also expressed deep ties to Atlanta: "This city took me in when I was 17 years old... Nothing is more special than that."

His philanthropic efforts focus on financial literacy for underserved communities: "It's my life's passion... fueled my passion to make sure those types of communities get all the resources they need."

When asked about business advice he's received: "Far better it is to dare mighty things... because they live in the gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat."

On his favorite player of all time: "That's very difficult... If I had to pick one it would have to be Vick."
