Atlanta United today announced the Legacy Collection, a custom retail line celebrating Atlanta’s Black culture and honoring Juneteenth. The collection marks the club’s first player-led collaboration, with players Jay Fortune, Tristan Muyumba, Xande Silva, Caleb Wiley, Derrick Williams, and former player Derrick Etienne Jr. contributing to the design process.

The Legacy Collection includes a T-shirt, sweatshirt, scarf, and a Juneteenth patch that players will wear in upcoming matches against Houston Dynamo and D.C. United. Proceeds from the collection will benefit Black Players for Change (BPC), an organization of Black MLS players, coaches, and staff focused on bridging racial equity gaps in soccer.

“We are proud to introduce the Legacy Collection, a meaningful collaboration that celebrates Atlanta’s vibrant Black culture and honors the significance of Juneteenth,” said Skate Noftsinger, Atlanta United Chief Business Officer. “By working closely with our players, we have created a collection that reflects their personal experiences and heritage.”

The designs feature colors from the Juneteenth flag—red, blue, and white—and incorporate flowers like the southern magnolia and blanket flower from Galveston, Texas. The back of each shirt and sweatshirt highlights Black players who inspired the design. A patch displays June 19, 1865—the date marking emancipation for African Americans.

Cam Kirk hosted Atlanta United players at his studio for a photo shoot showcasing the collection.

The Legacy Collection will be available starting Thursday at Atlantic Station's Team Store and at Mercedes-Benz Stadium's Team Store during Saturday’s home match against Houston Dynamo.

Atlanta United returns to action on June 15 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium against Houston Dynamo (7:30 p.m., MLS Season Pass on Apple TV).
