State Representative Mesha Mainor (R-Atlanta) is set to make a significant announcement as she prepares to hold a press conference to reveal a lawsuit filed against Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. The press conference is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at 10 a.m. at the South Wing Steps of the State Capitol in Atlanta.

She stated, "Citizens and family members must know they have a right to file a motion for a bond and the judge must grant the bond if they have been confined to jail more than 90 days and District Attorney Fani Willis has failed to prosecute."
