Governor Brian P. Kemp has announced CRH's plans to expand its operations in metro Atlanta by establishing a Finance & Accounting Shared Services Center in Fulton County. CRH is set to create more than 300 new jobs and invest $1.7 million in this venture. This expansion aims to support CRH’s Americas Materials Solutions business, which also has its headquarters in Atlanta.

"CRH’s latest investment in Georgia is more proof that our state's collaborative approach to economic development works for both prospective job creators and those already operating in our state," said Governor Brian Kemp. He expressed optimism that the investment will foster an environment that creates high-quality jobs for Georgians.

Rob Dinkins, Chief Financial Officer of CRH Americas Materials Solutions, highlighted the significance of the new Shared Services Center. "It is an exciting time for CRH’s Americas Materials Solutions business as we support our ongoing growth by establishing a world-class Finance & Accounting Shared Services Center in metro Atlanta," he said.

The Shared Services Center will be situated at 1120 Sanctuary Parkway in Roswell, with hiring for various finance and accounting roles already in progress. Full staffing of the facility is expected by 2029.

Roswell Mayor Kurt Wilson welcomed CRH's decision to expand in Roswell, emphasizing the city’s favorable environment for such development. "Roswell provides an ideal environment for companies like CRH to flourish," he stated.

Chairman Robb Pitts of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners noted the economic impact of the multimillion-dollar investment. "This multimillion-dollar investment, creating more than 300 jobs, highlights our skilled workforce and innovation-driven ecosystem," he said.

Katie Kirkpatrick, President and CEO of the Metro Atlanta Chamber, highlighted the appeal of metro Atlanta for global businesses. "Many global businesses find success with shared service hubs in metro Atlanta, thanks in part to our large and growing talent pool in finance and technology," she noted.

The Georgia Department of Economic Development, led by Commissioner Wilson, played a key role in facilitating this project. "Once the new Shared Services Center is at full operations, CRH will employ more than 1,400 people in Georgia," he mentioned, highlighting the strategic advantages of Georgia’s universities and the state’s appeal to young talent.
