On Saturday, January 25, Atlanta United will begin its preseason in Tennessee with a match against Chattanooga FC. The game is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. ET and marks the first of six preseason matches that Atlanta United will play before their regular season opener at home against CF Montréal on February 22.
This season introduces Ronny Deila as the new head coach for Atlanta United. Deila, a native of Norway, was appointed to the position on December 20. He brings experience from Major League Soccer, having previously won the MLS Cup with New York City FC in 2021.
