Drake London, a wide receiver for the Atlanta Falcons, is seeing his ambitious goals materialize this season. With four touchdowns and 428 receiving yards through six games, London ranks eighth in the league and is on track to surpass his previous career-high of 905 yards. He also stands third in catches among league leaders.

London attributes part of his success to envisioning greater achievements. "I always envision stuff," he said. "I think the sky's the limit and that we just got to keep pushing for that."

Falcons head coach Raheem Morris acknowledged London's commitment to leadership from early on. "When we met, he talked about wanting to take this leadership role," Morris stated. London's new role under offensive coordinator Zac Robinson involves playing as a movable "Z" receiver, drawing inspiration from Rams receiver Puka Nacua.

Robinson highlighted London's versatility: "He is certainly a chess piece that you can move around everywhere." London's ability extends beyond catching passes; he's integral to the Falcons' run game with significant blocking contributions.

His experience at the University of Southern California and former basketball skills have aided his transition into this new position. London remarked on his newfound recognition: "Now, I'm on ESPN talking... I think it's just people are taking notice now of my blocking capabilities."

Despite these changes, London continues making impressive plays, leading the league in tight-window targets and receptions. The influence of quarterback Kirk Cousins has been crucial in London's development. "If you want to be great you got to spend your days in the facility," Cousins advised.

Cousins supports London's aspirations for accolades like All-Pro and Pro Bowl selections, emphasizing growth through candid conversations. Coach Morris believes London still has more potential to unlock: "He still strives for more."
