Atlanta United's final home game of the regular season against the New York Red Bulls has sold out. The match is scheduled for October 5 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Following this, the team will conclude its regular season with a game in Florida on October 19 against Orlando City SC.

Currently, Atlanta United is positioned in 12th place in the Eastern Conference, three spots below the playoff line. The club regards the upcoming match as a "must-win match" to keep their playoff hopes alive.

In addition to the competitive stakes, Saturday's event will highlight an important cause for the club: raising awareness for pediatric illnesses. A special scarf designed by Nick Colley, an 11-year-old battling pediatric cancer, will be available for purchase at the Team Store inside the stadium. Players will also feature specially designed numbers on their kits by Aiden Patino, another young individual facing pediatric illness challenges.
