The Falcons are entering their Week 3 matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs with a positive health status. All three players who were dealing with injuries earlier this week participated fully in Friday's practice. These players include running back Tyler Allgeier (hip), defensive back Antonio Hamilton (groin), and James Smith-Williams (hip).

Friday marked the second consecutive day that Allgeier and Hamilton were full participants, while it was the first full practice for Smith-Williams, who had been limited on Wednesday and Thursday.

Veterans Jake Matthews, Grady Jarrett, and David Onyemata also appeared on Friday's injury report. Matthews was limited in practice, while Jarrett and Onyemata did not participate. However, none of these absences were due to injuries; all three players were given veteran rest days.

Regarding game designations, no Falcons players were listed as of Friday. This indicates a clean bill of health for the team despite having a short week following their Monday night game.
