The City of Atlanta has announced that Savi Provisions LLC has been selected to lease the retail space at the Grant Park Gateway, a mixed-use development with parking and recreational amenities in Atlanta’s Grant Park neighborhood. This decision follows the company’s successful bid in response to the Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Atlanta Department of Procurement and the Department of Parks and Recreation. The award recommendation will now be sent to the Atlanta City Council for approval.

Conveniently located next to Zoo Atlanta, the Grant Park Gateway offers a unique retail opportunity in a historic neighborhood. The project replaces a former parking lot with modern architecture and sustainable design while creating new retail space. In 2022, the 2.5-acre Grant Park Gateway project earned the Atlanta Urban Design Commission’s Award of Excellence.

“This is a fitting combination of beautifying one of our most historic neighborhoods with a locally sourced, community-centered grocer. Savi Provisions is a local neighborhood market founded in Atlanta in 2009, known for offering high-quality, locally sourced foods, fine wines, and spirits. By re-imagining a traditional grocery store, Savi Provisions fosters long-lasting relationships with local farmers, vineyards, and distilleries. Each location serves not just as a grocery store but also as a place for community gatherings.

The Grant Park Gateway project was completed in early 2021, transforming an old parking lot into a park-topped garage aimed at developing a sustainable community-focused space. The inclusion of Savi Provisions is expected to enhance food diversity and convenience in the area, serving as a central gathering place for both residents and visitors.
