Fulton County home prices rose in August 2023 compared to August 2022

In August 2023, the median sale price of a home in Fulton County rose by $25,010 from the same period in the previous year, while total sales decreased by 20.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

Data shows that there were 1,750 homes sold in August 2023, with a median sale price of $390,000 - a 6.9% increase over the $364,990 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 2,211 homes sold in Fulton County in August 2022.
