For the fifth consecutive year, Alston & Bird has been recognized by Patexia Inc. as a market leader representing both petitioners and patent owners in inter partes review (IPR) proceedings.

In its 2022 IPR Intelligence Report identifying the top 100 IPR law firms, Patexia ranks Alston & Bird among the top 20 most-active firms overall and top 25 best-performing firms overall.

Among the report’s other highlights, Alston & Bird also ranks among the:
