Alston & Bird has been named one of the country’s top workplaces for consulting and professional services by Great Place to Work® – the sixth time in a row the firm has earned this distinction.
In the Great Place to Work 2022 survey of the “Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services™,” Alston & Bird ranks No. 4 among the 25 large-company honorees (1,000 employees or more).
The recognition is based on survey feedback from more than 104,000 employees working in the U.S. consulting or professional services industries who were asked to rate their workplace experience. Ninety percent of Alston & Bird’s employees said their firm is a great place to work.
The award builds on other recent workplace accolades earned by Alston & Bird in the past year, including being named among Fortune's “100 Best Companies to Work For®,” achieving a top rating of 100 percent in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2022 “Corporate Equality Index,” and being recognized in People magazine’s “Top 100 Companies That Care.”
