Whistleblower claims Coca-Cola is training employees on being ‘less white’

Coca cola800

A whistleblower is sharing training photos from Coca-Cola showing that the soft drink company is trying to combat racism by encouraging their employees to be “less white.”

The photos alleged to be from Coca-Cola shows a title saying: “Confronting Racism. Understanding what it means to be white. Challenging what it means to be racist.”

According to the whistleblower, the soft drink company is associating a white person with negative personality traits such as arrogance, apathy, oppressiveness, defensiveness and even ignorance. The manual seems to urge employees to be “less oppressive, be less arrogant, be less certain, be less defensive, be less ignorant, be more humble, listen, believe, break with apathy, break with white solidarity.”

The whistleblower showed more slides of the training manual wherein it tries to teach its readers that the U.S. and other Western nations actively support and encourage white supremacy and white privilege. The whistleblower is claiming that Coca-Cola is trying to curb white privilege by asking its white employees to be “less white.”
