On March 13, from 9 a.m. to noon, 3rd and Williams Streets will be closed for paving operations. Additionally, the intersection of Techwood Drive and Fourth Street will undergo paving from noon to 5 p.m.
Southbound traffic aiming for North Avenue will be rerouted via Techwood Drive. Flagmen will manage north and southbound traffic on Techwood Drive between Bobby Dodd Way and North Avenue using a single lane.
