H.R. 6326. A bill to establish a pilot program awarding competitive grants to organizations administering entrepreneurial development programming to formerly incarcerated individuals, and for other purposes; to the Committee on Small Business.

H.R. 6327. A bill to ensure that the United States, States, and local governments are liable for monetary damages for constitutional violations by law enforcement officers; to the Committee on the Judiciary.

H.R. 6328. A bill to require the Secretary of the Treasury to conduct a briefing with respect to the delegation of examination authority under the Bank Secrecy Act by the Secretary of the Treasury; to the Committee on Financial Services.

H.R. 6329. A bill to require reviews of United States investment in foreign countries that may threaten national critical capabilities, and for other purposes; to the Committee on Ways and Means.

H.R. 6330. A bill to amend the Tariff Act of 1930 to provide for consideration of the effect of excess production capacity in nonmarket economy countries to determine threat of material injury to United States industry in countervailing duty and antidumping duty investigations under title VII of that Act; to the Committee on Ways and Means.

H.R. 6331. A bill to permanently authorize the Native Community Development Financial Institutions lending program of the Department of Agriculture, and for other purposes; to the Committee on Financial Services.

H.R. 6332. A bill to direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to improve long-term care provided to veterans by the Department of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes; to the Committee on Veterans' Affairs.

H.R. 6333. A bill to prohibit the use of Federal funds to establish, maintain, or support any national database identifying individuals as having received or not received any vaccine; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce.

By Mr. NEGUSE:

H.R. 6334. A bill to amend the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act to allow the Secretary of Agriculture to enter into self-determination contracts with Indian Tribes and Tribal organizations to carry out supplemental nutrition assistance programs; to the Committee on Agriculture.

By Mr. NEGUSE (for himself and Mr. Lamborn):

H.R. 6335. A bill to require the Secretary of Labor to award grants to organizations for the provision of transition assistance to members and former members of the Armed Forces who are separated, retired, or discharged from the Armed Forces, and spouses of such members, and for other purposes; to the Committee on Armed Services, and in addition to the Committee on Veterans' Affairs, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.

By Mr. NEGUSE:

H.R. 6336. A bill to improve Federal activities relating to wildfires, and for other purposes; to the Committee on Natural Resources, and in addition to the Committees on Agriculture, Armed Services, Transportation and Infrastructure, and Science, Space, and Technology, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.

By Mr. NEGUSE (for himself, Mr. Curtis, Mrs. Lee of

Nevada, and Mr. Armstrong):

H.R. 6337. A bill to require the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture to develop long-distance bike trails on Federal land, and for other purposes; to the Committee on Natural Resources, and in addition to the Committee on Agriculture, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.

H.R. 6338. A bill to amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to permit supplemental nutrition assistance program benefits to be used to purchase additional types of food items; to the Committee on Agriculture.

H.R. 6339. A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend the health coverage tax credit; to the Committee on Ways and Means.
