Cost of college went down for all students at Paul Mitchell the School-Atlanta

Tuition and fees fell 2.7 percent for 2018-19 at Paul Mitchell the School-Atlanta, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Georgia students paid $16,935 to attend the private for-profit school this year – $465 less than the $17,400 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 86 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 54 students received grants or scholarships totaling $261,480 and 61 students took out student loans totaling more than $573,914.

Including all undergraduates (212), 189 students used grants or scholarships totaling $811,945, and 186 students took out $1.5 million in federal student loans.
