Regional Management Corp. Closes $200 Million Securitization

Alston & Bird client Regional Management Corp., a diversified consumer finance company, has closed its ninth securitization, a private offering of $200 million of asset-backed notes.

The securitization has a two-year revolving period and the Class A notes received an “AAA” rating by Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services, the first time a senior class of notes in a Regional Management securitization has received S&P’s top rating.
