On Saturday, Nov. 29, Triston Morgan, a former standout from Benjamin E. Mays High School, saw his current college team, the Benedict Tigers, fall 14-12 to the Albany State Golden Rams in the NCAA Division II Football Championship.

The contest, which marked the second meeting between the Benedict Tigers and the Albany State Golden Rams in the tournament, took place at ASU Coliseum at 1 p.m.
