Jason R. Anavitarte, a Republican elected to the Georgia State Senate in 2021 to represent the state’s 31st Senate District, has recently shared several updates on his social media account.

On August 2, 2025, Anavitarte posted about a car event, stating: “Slick lookin cars… @ItsBristolBaby #BravesCountry https://t.co/hKqxLLM0AR”.

Two days later, on August 4, 2025, he expressed appreciation for another legislator’s support of military families and the Georgia State Defense Force (GSDF), writing: “Senator Kirkpatrick is a warrior supporting our military and their families. Grateful for her leadership and the GSDF. https://t.co/CSRpDR4qiQ”.

Later that same day, Anavitarte discussed tax relief efforts during an appearance on local radio with Frank Burgess and Representative Trey Kelley. He wrote: “Great to join Frank Burgesson @WGAARadio with @RepTreyKelley to discuss how we are working reduce and eliminate school taxes for our seniors and are delivering meaningful tax relief for all Polk County homeowners.

Anavitarte succeeded Bill Heath in representing Georgia’s 31st Senate District after his election in 2021.
