During an inspection on February 2, 2024, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) cited Hartybake, LLC in Atlanta for one violation related to foodborne biological hazards, according to data posted on the FDA’s website.
The FDA website shows that the company was cited for the following problem: ‘Your hazard analysis did not identify a hazard that required a preventive control.’
