The FDA website indicates that the citations were delivered to the company as follows:
- ‘Your plant did not have adequate sanitary facilities and accommodations.’
- ‘You did not implement your allergen monitoring procedures.’
- ‘Your written process corrective action and verification procedures were not appropriate to significantly minimize or prevent the hazard requiring a preventive control.’
- ‘Your written supply-chain program does not provide assurance that a hazard requiring a supply-chain-applied control has been significantly minimized or prevented.’
