The Atlanta Falcons announced their list of inactive players ahead of their Week 10 game against the Indianapolis Colts in Berlin, Germany. The team had previously ruled out left guard Matthew Bergeron due to an ankle injury, edge rusher Leonard Floyd with a hamstring issue, and offensive tackle Storm Norton because of a foot injury.
Decisions on starting right guard Chris Lindstrom, who was listed as questionable with a foot injury, and cornerback Mike Hughes, who was questionable with a neck problem, were pending until shortly before the game. Defensive lineman LaCale London was also listed as questionable due to a shoulder injury.
Lindstrom will be active for the game. However, both Hughes and London are inactive.
In place of Hughes at cornerback, Dee Alford may move from his recent role at nickel back to the outside position. Alford has filled in at nickel for the past four weeks while Billy Bowman Jr. has been sidelined with a hamstring injury since Week 5. Bowman returned to full practice this week without any game designation and is expected to rejoin the starting lineup, allowing Alford to shift positions.
Additionally, the Falcons elevated cornerback Keith Taylor from the practice squad prior to the game to provide additional depth at the position.
The complete list of inactive players for Atlanta’s international matchup includes: cornerback Mike Hughes, safety Jordan Fuller, edge rusher Leonard Floyd, offensive lineman Andrew Stueber, guard Matthew Bergeron, offensive lineman Joshua Gray, and defensive lineman LaCale London.
