The Atlanta Dream announced on March 16 that Andrea Bailey has been appointed as the organization’s Chief Revenue Officer, bringing over twenty years of experience in professional sports, partnerships, and commercial strategy.
Bailey will be responsible for overseeing the team’s revenue operations, including corporate partnerships, ticket sales, premium experiences, and commercial strategy. The move comes as the franchise seeks to expand its business operations and take advantage of the growing interest in women’s sports.
“Andrea is a proven revenue leader with an exceptional track record of building high-performing commercial teams and driving meaningful business growth,” said Morgan Shaw Parker, President and Chief Operating Officer of the Atlanta Dream. “She brings the strategic discipline, deal-making ability, and leadership presence needed to accelerate our commercial momentum. Bailey previously served as Chief Revenue Officer at Aquimo and held executive roles with the Portland Trail Blazers and Moda Center. She also spent more than seventeen years at AEG Global Partnerships managing major portfolios across sports and entertainment properties. Throughout her career, she has helped secure partnerships with brands such as Toyota, Delta Air Lines, Adidas, and Pernod Ricard.
