Alston & Bird client AOG Institutional Diversified Fund, has announced that its registration statement on Form N-2 was declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on January 12, 2023.

The Fund will offer shares to all eligible investors of both registered investment advisers and broker-dealers. 

Providing a diversified exposure to a mix of registered investment companies and alternative investments through a pooled master-feeder closed-end structure, the Fund invests in income-producing assets and assets selected for long-term capital appreciation.
