Atlanta Dream guard Allisha Gray has been named to the 2025 All-WNBA First Team, marking a significant achievement for both the player and the franchise. Gray is the first Dream player since 2018 and only the fourth in team history to receive this honor.
Gray finished fourth in WNBA MVP voting, which is the highest placement by a Dream player since 2014. Throughout her ninth season, she opened with four games of at least 25 points in her first seven appearances. She also became the first player in Atlanta Dream history to earn consecutive Eastern Conference Player of the Month awards in May and June.
Her performance continued to improve as the season progressed. In August, Gray set a personal best with seven three-pointers in a single game against Phoenix, reached 400 career three-pointers, and joined an exclusive group of WNBA players who have scored over 4,000 career points. She broke two franchise records: most double-digit scoring games (37) and most points scored in a single season (773), surpassing Angel McCoughtry’s previous record.
In September, Gray became the first guard in league history to win Player of the Month three times within one season. She was also named to the Associated Press All-WNBA First Team.
By season’s end, Gray ranked sixth all-time for both points and assists within Atlanta Dream’s franchise records. She averaged 18.4 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 4.0 assists per game while placing among the league’s top five in several advanced statistical categories. Her efforts contributed to Atlanta achieving a franchise-best 30-win season and its highest-ever win percentage at 68.2%.
